Maria holds a degree in History and Journalism from the University of Navarra, and completed her training with a Master's in Management of Cultural Enterprises and Institutions from the University of Barcelona and a postgraduate in Management and Production of Shows and Festivals.

She began her career as a journalist at the Diario de Noticias de Navarra and later worked on communication projects at Sala Upload Barcelona. Between 2023 and 2025, she was part of the internal communication team at Astara, initially as an intern and later as a junior analyst, where she led content for employer branding, global newsletters, sustainability campaigns, and intranet management, making an impact in over 19 countries.

She joins the Ernest team in June 2025 as a Public Affairs and PR Consultant.
