Arancha holds a degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and then completed an Executive Master at the Antonio Nebrija University.
She began her professional career at CP Comunicación (BBDO) in 2001, where she had the opportunity to work on the Patagón account while also launching the Real Madrid fan card and participating in Nivea's loyalty program.
Subsequently, between 2006 and 2023, she worked at Shackleton, where she joined as a supervisor, primarily working for ya.com. In 2008, she was promoted to brand director, participating in the management of accounts such as Caja Madrid, FCC, Vodafone, Securitas Direct, and ABANCA, among other clients.
From 2023 until March 2025, she continues her career at Accenture Song, where she has participated in managing campaigns such as the Telefónica Centenary.
She joins the Ernest team in April as the Director of Client Services.
