Gloria studied Political Science and Public Administration at Ibero-American University in Mexico City. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has worked in public affairs agencies, collaborating with civil society organizations and private companies from different sectors, such as energy, public health, and mobility.

She recently graduated from the Master's program in Political and Corporate Communication at the University of Navarra, a training that she complemented with a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.

She joined the Ernest team in April 2025.
